Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is included in the price of every keepsake. No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

How long it takes

Every keepsake is made by hand, one at a time, so there is a little production time before your order goes out.

Standard orders ship within 5 business days and typically arrive within 2 weeks of when you order.

Rush orders ship within 2 business days for a flat $15. Rush availability is limited, so if you need a keepsake by a specific date, reach out at hello@bkeepsakes.com before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.

If you are ordering for a particular birthday or anniversary, we recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks ahead. Keepsakes have a way of being needed on an exact day.

How it ships

Physical prints ship via USPS in a rigid mailer designed to keep the print flat and protected. Every order includes tracking, and you will get a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it goes out.

Digital keepsakes

Digital keepsakes are not automated downloads. Each one is created by hand, exactly like our prints, which means there is real work behind every file.

Your digital keepsake will be delivered by email within 3 to 5 business days of ordering.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Sales tax

Michigan sales tax is applied to orders shipping within Michigan. Orders shipping elsewhere are not taxed.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to confirm the right one and reship for a $10 fee.
