ORDERING

How long does it take to receive my keepsake?
Your keepsake is made and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery time depends on USPS, typically 2-5 days after that, could be longer especially through holiday season.

Can I order a keepsake for a birth that happened years ago?
Absolutely. We can create keepsakes for any birth date from 1950 to present.

Can I order keepsakes for twins?
Yes. Simply place two separate orders in your cart and include each child's individual details.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards come in $25, $50, $75 and $100 and are delivered by email, so they're perfect when you don't have the birth details yet. They can be used for any keepsake, Name Meaning print, or shipping, and any remaining balance stays on the card.

PERSONALIZATION

What information do I need to provide?
The child's full name and birth date are required. You can also include birth time, weight, length, hospital name, and city of birth, the more you share, the more complete the keepsake.

What if I have a long name or unusual spelling?
No problem at all. We accommodate all name lengths and spellings.

Can I include a nickname?
Yes. Nicknames are printed in quotation marks as part of the child's name at the top of the keepsake, for example: William James "Liam" Carter. Just type the full name with the nickname in quotes, exactly how you'd like it printed.

Can I opt out of the horoscope section?
Yes. Just select "No" for the horoscope option when you place your order.

Can I change a headline or news story on my keepsake?
Our headlines are chosen to capture each day and year as it happened. If there's a story you'd rather not have on your keepsake, just email us at hello@bkeepsakes.com. We're happy to swap it and mail you an updated keepsake for a $5 shipping fee.

How do I choose a border?
You'll select your border design at checkout. You can see all available designs on our Border Designs page. Not every border is available in every size. If a border doesn't appear as an option, it isn't available in that size right now.

Are keepsakes laminated?
Keepsakes ship unlaminated so they're ready to frame. Lamination will be available soon as an add-on at checkout.

SHIPPING

How is my keepsake packaged?
Every print ships flat in a clear protective sleeve inside a rigid mailer so it arrives without bends or creases, ready to frame.

What does shipping cost?
Shipping is $8 for orders under $100. Orders of $100 or more ship free.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States and to Canada. Canadian orders ship for a flat $16.
