Refund Policy
Because every Birthday Keepsake is personalized to the recipient, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, we want you to love your keepsake, so we offer reprints in the following situations:
Damaged or Defective Items (Physical Prints)
If your physical print arrives damaged, contact us at hello@bkeepsakes.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint and reship at no cost.
Errors Made by Us
If your keepsake contains incorrect information due to an error on our end (wrong date, misspelled name, wrong border than what was ordered, etc.), please contact us within 14 days with photos. We will reprint and reship at no cost. No return required.
Customer-Submitted Errors
If incorrect information was submitted at checkout (typos, wrong date, wrong spelling, etc.), we offer a reprint for a flat $10 shipping fee. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
Digital Downloads
If there is an error on our end with a digital file, contact us within 14 days and we will send a corrected file at no charge. If incorrect information was submitted at checkout, we offer a corrected file for a flat $5 fee to cover our time and processing.
How to Request a Reprint
Email hello@bkeepsakes.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue (include photos when applicable). We respond within 2-3 business days.
