How long does it take to receive my keepsake?
Your keepsake is made and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery time depends on USPS, typically 2-5 days after that.

Can I order a keepsake for a birth that happened years ago?
Absolutely. We can create keepsakes for any birth date from 1950 to present.

Can I order keepsakes for twins?
Yes. Simply place two separate orders and include each child's individual details.

PERSONALIZATION

What information do I need to provide?
The child's full name and birth date are required. You can also include birth time, weight, length, hospital name, and city of birth — the more you share, the more complete the keepsake.

What if I have a long name or unusual spelling?
No problem at all. We accommodate all name lengths and spellings.

Can I opt out of the horoscope section?
Yes. Just select "No" for the horoscope option when you place your order.

How do I choose a border?
You'll select your border design at checkout. You can see all available designs on our Border Designs page.

How is my keepsake packaged?
Every print ships flat in a rigid mailer so it arrives without bends or creases, ready to frame.

What does shipping cost?
Shipping is $8 for orders under $70. Orders of $70 or more ship free.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only.
